HELISIM’s Customer Service team works diligently to take care of the logistic organization of your journey in France. The team is available to make sure customer expectations are exceeded. We are available to advice in terms of planning, hotel, car rental, restaurant, sightseeing and for administrative matters during the training program.
We have negotiated rates with a wide range of selected hotels (from 2* up to 5* as per clients budget) within a close distance of Helisim.
Please contact us in order to take advantage of these special rates. Bookings should ONLY be made via our office to take benefit of our negotiated rates.
During special occasions or period of high demands, some hotels may increase their rates.

Trainees from outside the European Union shall check whether or not a Visa is required. Trainees who need an official letter of invitation in order to obtain Visa shall request this document as soon as possible to our customer department by email.
For Wet training, one meal is included per pilot per working day. Our clients can benefit from our negotiated rates with restaurants nearby or order a lunch box (Asiatic, Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian).
